How Our Return Policy Works
The 60-Day Window
You have 60 calendar days from the day your VAXO is delivered to initiate a return. This gives you enough time to actually try the device and see results. Many recovery benefits take 2-4 weeks of consistent use to fully appear — we wanted you to have plenty of time to evaluate.
Why 60 Days (Instead of 30)?
Most companies offer 30-day returns. We give you 60 because we believe in our product. If VAXO didn't deliver results for the majority of our customers, we couldn't afford to offer this. The fact that we do should tell you something about our confidence.
What's Covered
Our 60-day guarantee covers:

How to Request a Return
Step 1: Email Us
Send an email to contact@getvaxo.com with:
- Your order number (found in your order confirmation email)
- The email address used to place the order
- The reason for return (optional, but helps us improve)
Step 2: We'll Process Your Refund
Once we receive your email, we'll confirm your return is approved within 24 business hours. You don't need to wait for us to receive the product back to get your refund — we begin processing immediately.
Step 3: Return the Item (No Shipping Required)
Here's where VAXO is different from most companies: we don't require you to ship the product back. Why?
- Return shipping is expensive and slow
- You shouldn't have to pay for a product that didn't work for you
- We'd rather absorb the cost than make you jump through hoops
Simply keep the device, donate it to a friend or family member, or recycle it responsibly. We trust you.
⚡ For Returns Over $200 or Multiple Devices
For orders over $200 (e.g., the 6-pack bundle), we may request that you return the unused devices. In that case, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label — you will never pay for return shipping. We will email you specific instructions if this applies to your order.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, the funds may take an additional 2-3 days to appear in your account.
What You'll Be Refunded

How to Make a Warranty Claim
Email us at contact@getvaxo.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos or videos showing the issue
- A brief description of what happened
If your warranty claim is approved, we'll ship you a brand-new replacement at no charge — no need to return the defective unit.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your VAXO for a different bundle (e.g., upgrade from 1-pack to 2-pack), email us at contact@getvaxo.com. We'll process your exchange and only charge the price difference (if any). Downgrades are also possible with the difference refunded.
Order Cancellations
If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it for a full refund. Contact us as soon as possible at contact@getvaxo.com with your order number.
If your order has already shipped, you'll need to wait until you receive it, then use our standard return process (which is free and easy).
Returns FAQ
Is there really no return shipping?
Correct. For orders under $200, you don't need to send anything back. For larger orders, we provide a prepaid label — you never pay shipping.
Are there restocking fees?
No. We never charge restocking fees, processing fees, or any other deduction. You get back 100% of what you paid.
Can I return a gift?
Yes, with a few extra steps. Email us at contact@getvaxo.com with the recipient's name and the approximate order date, and we'll help you locate the order and process the return.
What if my 60 days have passed?
Our 60-day window is firm for satisfaction returns. However, your 2-year manufacturer warranty covers defects for a full 24 months. If your device stops working through no fault of your own, we'll replace it.
Do I need the original packaging to return?
No. Since most returns don't require shipping the product back, packaging doesn't matter. If you do need to send the product back (rare, only for very large orders), packaging is helpful but not required.
Will I be banned from future purchases if I return?
Absolutely not. Returns are a normal part of e-commerce. You're welcome to order from us again anytime. We genuinely want every customer to be happy — even if that means accepting a return.
How long does the refund actually take?
From the moment your return is approved, refunds appear in your account within 5-10 business days. Most banks process refunds in 3-7 days, but some may take up to 10 days. If 10 business days have passed and you don't see the refund, contact us immediately.
