At VAXO, we believe in honest, transparent shipping. Here is exactly what you need to know about how, when, and where we deliver your VAXO device.
🚚 Free Shipping on All US Orders — Always
We never charge for shipping on orders within the United States, regardless of order value. No minimums, no surprises, no hidden fees at checkout.
Where We Currently Ship
VAXO currently ships exclusively to the United States, including all 50 states (Alaska, Hawaii included), Washington DC, Puerto Rico, and US territories.
We are actively preparing to expand to the United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, and Australia in 2025. If you are outside the US and want to be notified when we launch in your country, email us at contact@getvaxo.com.
Shipping Times
Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Most orders (80%) are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours from our partner fulfillment center.
Delivery Estimates
Our delivery times depend on the shipping option selected at checkout:
Total time from order to delivery:
- Standard: 8 to 18 business days (1-3 processing + 7-15 transit)
- Priority (free on 2-pack & 6-pack): 6 to 15 business days (1-3 processing + 5-12 transit)
- Express: 4 to 10 business days (1-3 processing + 3-7 transit)

VAXO is a growing brand. Unlike Amazon, we don't have warehouses in every state. Our products ship from our partner fulfillment center, which means delivery takes longer than what you may be used to from Amazon Prime.
We're transparent about this because we believe you deserve to know exactly what to expect. In exchange for the wait, we offer the best price in the category, the longest guarantee (60 days), and a product that genuinely works.
Shipping Carriers
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered via:
- USPS — Most US orders
- UPS — Heavier bundles (6-pack)
- FedEx — Express orders and select regions
- DHL — Backup carrier for express shipments
The specific carrier for your order is determined automatically based on your location and the most efficient delivery route. You will be notified of your carrier in your shipping confirmation email.
Tracking Your Order
Within 24 to 72 hours of dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number
- A direct link to track your package
- The carrier handling your shipment
- Estimated delivery date
If you have not received this email within 96 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at contact@getvaxo.com.
Order Confirmation Flow
Step 1: Order Confirmation Email
Immediately after checkout, you receive an order confirmation email with your order number and full order details. Keep this email for your records.
Step 2: Processing Email (24-72 hours later)
You receive a notification when your order enters processing at our fulfillment center.
Step 3: Shipping Notification
Within 24-72 hours of dispatch, you receive a shipping notification with your tracking number and estimated delivery date.
Step 4: Delivery
Your VAXO arrives in discreet, secure packaging. No invoice or pricing is included inside the package — perfect for gift orders.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect packages once they have been dispatched. If you notice an error, contact us at contact@getvaxo.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window, we cannot guarantee changes can be made before the package ships.
Failed Deliveries
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to confirm the correct address and reship the order. Reshipping fees may apply ($9.99) for addresses that were originally entered incorrectly. Always double-check before submitting your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If Your Package Does Not Arrive
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors, your building mail room, or your front desk
- Wait 24 hours — packages occasionally show as delivered up to a day before actual arrival
- Check the surrounding area, including bushes or under porch furniture
- Contact your local carrier to inquire about the delivery
If after these steps your package is still missing, email us at contact@getvaxo.com with your order number. We will investigate and, if confirmed lost, ship a replacement at no charge.
If Your Package Has Not Arrived in 20 Business Days
While our delivery estimates are 7-15 business days, sometimes carriers experience delays. If your order has not arrived after 20 business days from dispatch, contact us immediately. We will either:
- Investigate with the carrier and provide an updated delivery date
- Ship a free replacement immediately if the package is confirmed lost
- Issue a full refund if you no longer want to wait
If Your Package Arrives Damaged
If your VAXO arrives with damaged packaging or a defective product:
- Take photos of the damage immediately (packaging and product)
- Keep the original packaging
- Email us at contact@getvaxo.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos
We will ship a free replacement immediately and you don't need to return the damaged item.
Holiday Shipping
During major US holidays (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas), orders may experience processing delays of 2 to 5 additional business days due to high order volume and carrier capacity. We will communicate any expected delays via email and on our website. We do not ship on US federal holidays.
Holiday Cutoff Dates
For guaranteed delivery before major holidays, please order at least 21 days in advance during peak season (November-December). Specific cutoff dates are announced via email each November.
Subscription and Recurring Orders
VAXO does not currently offer subscription services. All orders are one-time purchases. We do not auto-renew, auto-bill, or charge recurring fees of any kind.
International Shipping (Coming Soon)
We are working hard to launch international shipping in 2027. Our roadmap includes:
- Q2 2027: Canada
- Q3 2027: United Kingdom
- Q4 2027: European Union (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands)
- Q1 2027: Australia and New Zealand

Shipping FAQ
Why is shipping slower than Amazon?
We are a smaller, growing brand without Amazon's warehouse infrastructure. Our products ship from our partner fulfillment center. In exchange for the wait, you get a clinically-designed product at a significantly lower price than retail alternatives, with the longest guarantee in the category (60 days).
Can I expedite my order?
Yes. At checkout, you can upgrade to Express shipping (3-7 business days) for $14.99. This option is available for US orders only.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Only if your order has not entered processing yet. Email us at contact@getvaxo.com within 24 hours of placing your order with the corrected address. We will do our best to update before dispatch.
Do you offer signature confirmation?
Standard shipping does not require signature confirmation. If you would like to require a signature on delivery, please add a note to your order or contact us before dispatch.
Will I be charged customs fees?
US orders are not subject to any additional fees. International shipping (when launched) may be subject to customs duties and import taxes determined by your country.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, we ship to US PO boxes via USPS.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes. We proudly ship to military APO and FPO addresses at no extra cost. Delivery times for APO/FPO may be slightly longer.
